2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). When you visit the site, the host automatically processes the information your browser transmits in server log files: the shortened IP address, date and time of access, the requested page or file, browser and operating system, and the referrer if transmitted.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and stable website).

3. Fonts

The fonts on this website are hosted locally. No connection to external font servers is made.

4. Cookies, reach measurement and tracking

This website uses no cookies, no client-side web tracking and no advertising technologies. The language is chosen by the link you click and is not stored.

5. Getting in touch

If you write to kontakt@endurancedebrief.app, I process your email address and message to answer you. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, or Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if the message concerns a contract. I delete the data once your request is settled and no retention duty applies.

6. The Hashsmith app

The app works offline and sends no data to me or to third parties. Your documents stay on your computer.

7. Disclosure to third parties

Personal data is not passed on to third parties, except to the hosting provider named above as far as needed to run the website.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection under the GDPR. Write to the email address above to exercise them.

9. Right to lodge a complaint

You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

10. Changes to this policy

I update this policy when the website or the legal situation changes.
